
Ingredients
3 pcs chicken leg
1 pc aluminium foil
Marinade
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp brandy
Chinese Herbs
4 pcs dang gui
6 red dates, slit to release flavour
½ tbsp quo qi zi
8h hwan san
5g pak kei
10g tong sum
Method
1. Marinate chicken legs for 30 mins. Add in chinese herbs.
2. Wrap up with aluminium foil. Put into oven to bake at 200°C for 30 mins or until cooked. Serve immediately.
